Shipping & Returns


We want to make sure our cherished products get to you in good time and in good shape, and that you cherish them too. If anything isn't right, we will do all we can to correct that.

Shipping

We dispatch all standard orders within 2 working days (usually same day) using - at the customer's discretion - the Royal Mail 1st class service which aims to deliver the next working day after despatch, or and 2nd class service which aims to deliver within 2 working days though we retain the right to select other carriers at our discretion in order to best meet our commitments for unusually large or complicated orders or where demand on delivery services is unsually high. Orders must be received by 3:30pm UK time for same day despatch, though this cannot be guaranteed.

UK:

We charge standard rates for Royal Mail First Class and Second class shipments. Alternatively courier services can be selected. All rates are displayed at checkout.

Europe:

We will despatch to the EU using Royal Mail parcel EU shipping services. All rates are displayed at checkout

Rest of World:

We will despatch our standard products to the rest of the world using international shipping services. Details are provided at checkout

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify and pay all duty and/or taxes arising for international shipments, and to check that there are no import restrictions on ingredients in Goap products, all of which are published on the Goap website.

Returns and Issues

In accordance with government regulations on Consumer Contracts as they relate to distance and online selling for orders over £42, the customer has 14 days from the point of delivery of the order to cancel or raise any problems with the order (in which case please get in touch with us, and we would be happy to discuss your order and how best to fix things) otherwise after which time the order is completed and closed.

Where items are to be returned, they must be in the original un-opened condition and must be unused. Original shipping costs will be refunded, but the cost of the return must be borne by the customer.
