Refund policy

In accordance with government regulations on Consumer Contracts as they relate to distance and online selling for orders over £42, the customer has 14 days from the point of delivery of the order to cancel or raise any problems with the order (in which case please get in touch with us, and we would be happy to discuss your order and how best to fix things) otherwise after which time the order is completed and closed.

As cosmetic products, Goap products cannot be returned. However an exception may be made for unopened packages, in which case, they must be in the original un-opened condition and must be unused. To arrange this, please contact us on hello@goap.uk. Original shipping costs will be refunded, but the cost of the return must be borne by the customer.
